Rates are given in Euros and based on an exchange rate of approximately 11.25 Dirham to the Euro. We reserve the right to amend the rates during the year in the event of significant fluctuations in the exchange rates.
The “Whole Riad” rate is based on a maximum of 10 people in 5 rooms. The whole Riad is also available for maximum 15 people in 5 rooms at a slightly higher rate, please contact us for details.
There is a 4% charge for all card payments.

Kingdom of Morocco Visitor's taxes: 2.50 Euro per person per night is not included in our rates.
Booking policy:
Deposit of 25% of total accommodation cost to secure reservation, payable by bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal or cash. Balance payment at the Riad, cash or credit card.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received over 21 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 8 - 20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 0 - 7 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
