Rates are given in Euros and based on an exchange rate of approximately 11.25 Dirham to the Euro. We reserve the right to amend the rates during the year in the event of significant fluctuations in the exchange rates.
The “All the Riad” rate is based on a maximum of 10 people in 5 rooms. The whole Riad is also available for maximum 15 people in 5 rooms at a slightly higher rate, please contact us for details.
There is a 4% charge for all card payments.

Booking policy:
Deposit of 25% of total accommodation cost to secure reservation, payable by bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal or cash. Balance payment at the Riad, cash or credit card.
Cancellation policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
