We have taken measures to ensure that you have a safe stay with us. Our precautionary procedure is below:

Our staff have received training in understanding how the virus is transferred and how to protect themselves and our guests from contamination. They are trained to follow the new procedures and cleaning materials and wear masks and gloves.

Rooms: your room will be cleaned, aired and disinfected before you arrive.

​

Common areas: these are cleaned and contact points (light switches, handles, tables and seats) are disinfected regularly.

​

Food preparation: Cleaning and disinfection process in the kitchen and for food safety.

​

Disinfectant wipes and gel dispensers are available in each room and at the common areas for our guests to use.

​

Check in is done with the minimum contact and keys are disinfected.

​

We take temperature checks of our staff daily and our guests on arrival.

​

On arrival: Transfers are done with hygiene in mind and our drivers wear a mask and disinfect the car before each passenger.
